it's become muffled, distorted, and occasionally cuts out altogether. It's especially bad when I turn the volume up, but it also occurs at random at lower volumes. I've tried all the physical connections and reset the settings, but the issue continues. Also, it produces a strange buzzing or crackling sound when used with some devices, particularly when Bluetooth is activated. Is this a standard problem, or is it possibly a hardware fault? Any troubleshooting suggestions or fixes would be enormously appreciated. Thanks ever so much for any help!
