Dr Saad Al-Khalaf
Dr Saad al-Khalaf General psychiatrist consultant with extensive experience, is located in Guildford. He also covers a portion of Hampshire and London. He is an expert in treating long-lasting mental illnesses as well as older adult psychiatry. He has a particular interest in organic psychopathology depression, anxiety and anxiety (especially treatment-resistant depression) and dementia and memory impairments. Dr Jennifer Laidlaw
Jennifer Laidlaw completed her MD at the University of British Columbia (UBC) before she completed her residency in psychiatry at the University of Toronto. During her time in Toronto she was actively involved in medical education. She's presented at international conferences and published on the topics of delirium screening as well as social media and professionalism. She began her career at Surrey Memorial Hospital as the Head Consultation Liaison (CL) and the Psychiatry Department. Her primary focus was building a thriving highly collaborative CL service that provided psychotherapy to patients in the medical and surgical units, including the oncology and Palliative Care Units. She also was awarded an Facilities Engagement grant to develop guidelines for managing vulnerable patients in hospitals.
She is also the Provincial Practice director for Psychiatry in BC Cancer, Clinical Associate professor at UBC and the Past-President of the BC Psychiatric Association. She is also an assistant professor in the Department of Psychiatry at Tufts University School of Medicine and an adjunct faculty member of the UM PMR and Family Medicine residency programs. She has a longstanding interest in musculoskeletal education and research. She is currently teaching Neuromuscular and Musculoskeletal Medicine to Family Medicine residents and has ongoing research projects on musculoskeletal education, electrodiagnostic medicine, and performing arts medicine.
Dr. Pulkit Singh completed her medical degree at the University of New South Wales prior to finishing her Psychiatry residency at the University cost of private psychiatrist British Columbia. During her training she was awarded the Psychotherapy Award and an Undergraduate Teaching Award to acknowledge her achievements in these areas. She has worked in various areas of Psychiatry and is particularly interested in Addiction Psychiatry, Psycho-oncology Psychiatry, Cardiac Psychiatry and General Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry.
Dr. Nadeesha is a psychiatrist who works with adults at BC Cancer. She has a particular interest in Psychooncology, and is a fan of working with older patients. She has been interested for a long time in geriatric psychiatry, and has been a consultant at the Geriatric Psychiatry Consult Liaison Service (GPCLS) as well as the ECT Service at Vancouver General Hospital. She is a teacher and mentor for medical students and residents.
Dr. Theresa Lo
Dr Theresa Lo completed medical school and psychiatry residency at the University of British Columbia. She has worked for the BC Cancer Agency and Surrey Mental Health. She also has a psychotherapy practice that she has been practicing for a while, including dialectical behavioural therapy and psychodynamic psychotherapy. She is proficient in Cantonese.
Dr. Karim is an active member of the Royal College of Psychiatrists and trained at Guy's King's St Thomas', St George's and St George's Hospitals in London. She is on the Specialist Register of the General Medical Council and has been practicing in psychiatry for more than 20 years. She has an interest in psychiatry for children and adolescents.
Dr. Richford began her career as a nurse and later she pursued a doctorate at Dalhousie. She earned her MD in the year 1996. She has since worked in a variety of areas of Psychiatry, particularly in Psycho-oncology and Addiction Psychiatry and Consultation Liaison Psychiatry. She is currently a psychiatrist on staff at Providence Health Care, Vancouver General Hospital and BC Cancer - Vancouver, as well as a Clinical Associate Professor at UBC. She is also a past-president of the British Columbia Psychiatric Association.
Dr Margaret Wong

She is also an active member of the Association of Physicians and Surgeons of Ohio. She is a judge on the Eighth Judicial District Court as well as the Federal Sixth Circuit Court.
