Pros:

Saves in HD. Legit 1080p+.

Audio stays in sync (youd be surprised how scarce that is).

Cons:

Annoying setup.

Sometimes fails silently, bearing in mind it acts behind it saved but nada.

Interface looks like Windows XP met a MySpace theme.

Still... its my go-to. I even have a shortcut widget.

Why doesnt Instagram just let us reach this? I mean, TikTok lets you keep afterward audio (sorta), but IG acts when Reels are nuclear instigation codes. Wild.

Real Talk: Should You Even Be performance This?
Ugh. Im torn. on one hand, I get it. We desire to keep that reel. play a part it to friends. Watch offline. most likely meme it later.
But creators deserve credit. consequently here's my rule: I on your own download Reels if Im using them personally. Never reposting. Never monetizing. Just hoarding, tbh.
