Per according to the Daily News' source, the Jets have already worked Garrard for the day on Thursday. Garrard already has completed 61.6 percent of his passes through his career. He's thrown 89 touchdowns and 54 interceptions. Garrard's average career quarterback rating is 85.8.

The Miami Dolphins signed Garrard last season, but he was released his player prior to Week One and gave the job of starting to Ryan Tannehill, which left Matt Moore as the backup.

If Garrard is aiming for an opening in Madden NFL 23. the Jets are as likely to be a group as the other. New York is looking for an alternative to its starter, Mark Sanchez. Sanchez was dropped this year in favor the third stringer Greg McElroy, but ultimately found himself back in the starting lineup after his replacement suffered a concussion.

Sanchez led his team of Jets in their first AFC Championship game in each of his first two seasons. However, to Gang Green, the Jets were defeated by both the Indianapolis Colts and Pittsburgh Steelers in each of these games and madden 23 mut coins haven't returned to the playoffs since.
