How to Get Your Hands on the Dectus Medallion as well as the Elden Ring runes

When playing Elden Ring Items PC, you will eventually be required to find a path that leads up to the Altus Plateau

When playing Elden Ring Items PC, you will eventually be required to find a path that leads up to the Altus Plateau. The Grand Lift of Dectus is not only one of the least complicated ways to accomplish what you want to do, but it also happens to be the method that is by far the most direct way to get what you want. There are a few other methods, although they are not recommended. However, in order to use the lift, you will need to first acquire both the left half and the right half of the Dectus Medallion. Only then will you be able to use the lift.

Fort Haight, which can be found in the southern part of the Mistwood and in eastern Limgrave, is in charge of guarding the left half of the medallion and can be found in both of those locations. You can find the right half of the medallion in the fort known as Fort Faroth, which is located in Dragonbarrow, Caelid. The fort was built by Caelid.

The location of Fort Haight can be found in Mistwood.

- In order to reach Fort Haight from the Third Church of Marika in Mistwood, you will need to ride in the direction of the south

- You will arrive at the site of grace that is Fort Haight West if you continue along the road, passing the Runebears and Demihumans that are out on patrol along the way

- From this vantage point, you will need to engage in combat with knights, guards, rats, and a warrior with a Pumpkin Head in order to make your way through the heavily guarded fortress

- It will be a relief to know that you won't have to fight any of the bosses that are located within the fort

As you make your way up the hill from the site of grace toward the plateau on which the fort is built, you will need to watch out for the ballistae bolts and the Demihumans. It is recommended that you search this area for a Golden Seed before proceeding to the main section of the fort. As you make your way through the interior of the fort, you will need to climb the scaffolding while avoiding or eliminating the various rats and enemies that throw explosives until you reach the very top of the structure.

When you get to the top of the wall, you will face off against a knight who is armed with a massive shield and a spear. If you want to come out on top against this opponent, you are going to need to practice patience and avoid his attacks at precisely the right times. In the event that you are successful in defeating him, you will receive the Ash of War: Bloody Slash as a reward.

As soon as you have finished fighting the knight, turn around, and you will see a solitary tower that ascends even further. Go inside the tower and use the ladder that is found inside to get to the top. At the very pinnacle of the tower, on the landing that connects two levels, there is a single chest sitting. You will emerge from the room possessing a Dectus Medallion (Left).

The Fort Faroth stronghold known as the Dragonbarrow.

It is said that Fort Faroth, which can be found buried deep within Dragonbarrow in Caelid, is one of the more sinister forts that can be found in Elden Ring.

It is imperative that you make your way back to the Third Church of Marika located in Mistwood and then proceed forward until you reach Fort Faroth.

When you leave the location of the Church of Grace, head in a direction that is almost exactly due north until you reach the end of the narrow body of water that is adjacent to the church.

A glowing teleporter can be found tucked away in the underbrush of the area. Using the teleporter in Dragonbarrow will allow you to get to the Bestial Sanctum quickly and easily.

Following your departure from the Bestial Sanctum, you should keep following the road to the south, then to the west, and finally to the east as it makes a sharp turn (collect the various sites of grace along the way).

On the back of the Elder Dragon Greyoll, you will make your way to the area just outside of Fort Faroth. Unfortunately, the Scarlet Rot has wreaked havoc on Greyoll, and he is unable to defend himself at this point. However, due to the fact that there are other, smaller dragons in the area, you will need to exercise extreme caution when you are near him. You will have to ride your horse all the way around the enormous body of the dragon in order to get to the site of grace at Fort Faroth, which is situated right behind Greyoll.

Fort Faroth is a sinister place that is inhabited by a wide variety of strange creatures, including Rats, Giant Bats, and Chanting Winged Dames, amongst many others. It is a place that inspires dread. You need to bring a flashlight or a lantern with you because you are going to be going inside, just in case it gets dark while you are there. As soon as you step foot inside, you will be met with a large number of Giant Bats and Chanting Winged Dames. You have the choice to take this task slowly, pulling each foe one at a time, or you can dash through the area, avoiding all of the enemies, and climb the ladder at the opposite end of the room. Either way, the choice is yours. It's up to you, but before you make a hasty decision, you might want to make sure you've exhausted all of your Elden Ring Runes PC in case something unexpected occurs.

Following the ascent up the ladder, you will come to a landing where there is a chest that is sitting in anticipation of your opening it. Inside of this chest is where you can find the Dectus Medallion (Right), which is located there. You will, however, now have access to the Grand Lift of Dectus for the time being. This privilege is only temporary. You will have access to Fort Faroth for the time being, despite the fact that it conceals a few more goodies, one of which is a powerful talisman.

The process of reaching the peak of the Dectus Grand Lift

In order to visit the Grand Lift of Dectus, you will first need to enroll in the Raya Lucaria Academy, which can be found in the city of Liurnia of the Lakes. After that, you will be able to travel to the Grand Lift of Dectus. You do not need to have completed the academy legacy dungeon in order to participate; however, in order to go through the magical gate, you will need to have acquired a Glintstone Key. Just before you step foot on the bridge, you must first interact with the blue magic barrier that can be found to the north of the site of grace at the Main Academy Gate. This is the final action that needs to be completed before leaving the area. When this is finished, you will be teleported to the side of the broken bridge that is on the opposite end.

If you continue on this road all the way through the ruins, defensive fortifications, and catapult fire, you will eventually arrive at the Grand Lift of Dectus, which has been built into the face of the cliff. When you have completed the journey across the bridge to the opposite side, you can then continue along this road. Step up onto the platform once you have arrived at the Grand Lift of Dectus, and you will be given the instruction to Hoist the Medallion. As a result of taking this action, the lift will start operating, at which point you will be transported to the Altus Plateau.
