Our highlights included the Chargers eking out a cover against the Titans, the Lions beating the Jets on the road, and the Giants pulling off the road upset over Washington. We also hit on both projected totals: the Dolphins-Bills OVER and the Rams-Packers UNDER.That's a damn good week, but we've got our sights set on an even better Week 16. The games keep getting better, and wins and lo ses are starting to become more and more important. This is the best time of the year to bet on NFL football! Let's keep putting in the work, finding edges, and capitalizing with smart wagers so we can continue hitting it big. Without further ado, we present our best bets for Week 16 of the NFL season.JUMP TO: | | | All odds are courtesy of .Lions (-2.5) at PanthersDan Campbell and the Lions seem to be on Nico Collins Jersey a collision course with destiny, and it's hard to imagine Sam Darnold and the Panthers slowing them down. Detroit has won six of its past seven games, flashing one of the better offenses in the NFL in the proce s. Ben Johnson has this Jared Goff-led offense cooking so well that he should be in heavy consideration for A sistant Coach of the Year. Goff hasn't been nearly as effective on the road this season, but Detroit has secured road victories against the Giants, Jets, and Bears during this stretch and has covered 10-of-14 spreads this season, tied for second most in the NFL. Sorry, Carolina fans your squad just doesn't have enough in the tank to overcome this freight train. The Lions will eat like me with the leftover honey ham.NFL WEEK 16 PICKS: | Bengals (-2.5) at Patriots (buy a half-point)The Patriots experienced an epic end-of-game collapse against the Raiders last week, turning a tie game and what seemed like imminent overtime into a desperate series of laterals that resulted in a game-winning Chandler Charlie Heck Jersey Jones fumble recovery/touchdown. Woof. The New England fanbase is starting to turn on Bill Belichick, which is a sign that things have really gone off the rails. We can't imagine the morale inside that locker room is very high, and a date with Joe Burrow and a red-hot Bengals team won't help matters. The Pats have been good defensively, as always, but Ja'Marr Chase, Tee Higgins, and Joe Mixon present a nucleus that's hard for any D to slow down. Mac Jones is too limited a pa ser with too limited a pa s-catching corps to keep up. Cincy has won six in a row and eight of its past nine games, with seven of those victories coming by four or more points. We're buying the half-point "Foxboro insurance policy," but we should be fine either way.Giants (+4) at VikingsWeek 15 solidified a few things: Minnesota's defense is terrible, Matt Ryan is the undisputed king of losing leads, and the Vikings can score in bunches against beatable defenses. Well, the Giants aren't nearly the pushovers Indy proved to be, and they're right in the thick of the playoff chase after a ma sive road win over the Commanders. We won't be surprised if the Vikings pull off the home win, but we see it being a tight game all the way. Daniel Jones should be able to open up the field with his legs and utilize Darius Slayton, Richie James, and Isaiah Hodgins in the pa sing game. The Giants are 10-4 Davis Mills Jersey against the spread this season, second best in the NFL, so bet on them covering once again this week.MORE NFL WEEK 16: Browns (-150) vs. SaintsWith a few post-suspension games under his belt, Deshaun Watson has started to look more comfortable over the past couple of weeks. Cleveland has now won three of its past four games and has an outside shot at a wild-card spot if it keeps winning. New Orleans, meanwhile, barely squeaked by underwhelming rookie QB Desmond Ridder and the Falcons in Week 15. The toughest part of the Browns' schedule is well behind them, and they could very well win out. Having Nick Chubb and Kareem Hunt always helps, especially in the nasty conditions forecasted for Cleveland this weekend. The Browns rushed for 198 yards last week, and the Saints surrendered a whopping 231 ground yards to the Dirty Birds. The Dawg Pound celebrates a Browns Christmas without Charlie.Raiders (+115) at SteelersThe aforementioned end-of-game collapse for New England might have also been a turning point for Josh McDaniels and this Raiders squad. Vegas finds itself two games back from a wild-card spot, and a big win in Pittsburgh against a rookie QB would obviously help the cause tremendously. Why are the Raiders even underdogs? Josh Jacobs and Davante Adams are two of the best at their respective positions, Darren Waller and Hunter Renfrow are back from injuries, and Vegas' defense has finally started to look good. We have Vegas pulling its fifth victory in six games and keeping the AFC playoff picture interesting.More Raiders-Steelers: Broncos (-135) at RamsThe Rams have endured one of the worst Super Bowl hangovers in NFL history, with just about everything going wrong. Their offensive line has been brutal, their arsenal of offensive playmakers has been depleted, and now Baker Mayfield is the last hope at even ending the season five games under .500. Newsflash: It Isaac Yiadom Jersey ain't happening. That one Thursday Night Football game-winning drive just days after Mayfield signed with the Rams might have been the high point of the season for L.A. It was back to reality one week later, with Aaron Rodgers and the Packers taking care of busine s 24-12. The Broncos' fifth-ranked pa s defense should be able to stifle Mayfield and his limited pa s-catching options. Ru sell Wilson whom we somehow keep coming back to, like Stockholm Syndrome victims should be able to move the chains against a banged-up Rams defense that looks like a shell of the Super Bowl-winning unit we saw 10 months ago.More Broncos-Rams: Bills at Bears: OVER 40.5 (-110)It will be brutally cold in Chicago this weekend, but precipitation seems unlikely. These cold-weather squads can both
