Like many of Diablo Immortal's events in the zone the players won't be able to just walk up to the Haunted Carriage depending on the mood that is arousing. The window for participating in this event is rather small.

The Haunted Carriage is spawned in Ashworld Manor every Tuesday and Saturday between 12 pm. 8:15 pm, and 10 midnight (based on your server's local time). It is generally recommended that you arrive at the manor at least 10-15 minutes early so that you don't miss your chance However, this is more of a general advice instead of a strict rule. In any event, as long as you're within close proximity to the carriage, you should be greeted by an on-screen message which informs you that the event begins and asks you for your permission to participate.

Once the Haunted Carriage spawns, it will follow a pre-established route towards its ultimate destination. You can simply walk right up to the Haunted Carriage once it's on way to its destination (or simply stay in the area until the end of the road) however, you're much better to track the vehicle while it travels rather than just taking part at a part of the event cheap Diablo 4 Gold.
