United Airlines Unaccompanied Minor

United Airlines unaccompanied minor must have a completed and signed Unaccompanied Minor Form and must be checked in at the ticket counter prior to the flight and remain under the supervision

United Airlines policy states that passengers ages 5 to 15 may travel on select flights, accompanied by an adult 18 years of age or older. The United Airlines unaccompanied minor must have a completed and signed Unaccompanied Minor Form and must be checked in at the ticket counter prior to the flight and remain under the supervision of United staff at all times. Unaccompanied minor fees may be applicable depending on the fare and routing. The guardian must remain at the airport until the flight has departed, and is required to pick up the minor at the destination gate upon arrival.
