I found it in some complex Reddit thread (buried subsequently 7 comments deep under an ad for crypto). Its not upon the App Store, but their site walks you through a workaround. Sketchy? A little. But it works.
Pros:

No watermarks.

Saves in HD. Legit 1080p+.

Audio stays in sync (youd be amazed how scarce that is).

Cons:

Annoying setup.

Sometimes fails silently, subsequently it acts gone it saved but nada.

Interface looks gone Windows XP met a MySpace theme.

Still... its my go-to. I even have a shortcut widget.

Why doesnt see instagram account profile just allow us accomplish this? I mean, TikTok lets you keep following audio (sorta), but IG acts gone Reels are nuclear start codes. Wild.

Real Talk: Should You Even Be performance This?
Ugh. Im torn. upon one hand, I get it. We want to keep that reel. pretend it to friends. Watch offline. maybe meme it later.
