In our current digital age, online learning has become a necessary part of education, and all levels of students in the USA are benefitting greatly from this era of e-learning. Students now have access to powerful tools and apps which will improve academic success with access to high-quality resources, flexibility to learn, and the increase in productivity. Tools and apps can provide students tools to improve time management, flexibility to use quality resourses and improve performance whether in school, and at the college/university level. Another factor that is positively contributin to the gain in online learning is the variety of delivery methods such as multimedia, gamification platforms, adaptive learning and engagement, etc. In the introduction of this article there has been eluded to how students may use k-12 learning platforms, spatially at the very k-12 level. The very first learning app listed in this article is Khan Academy. Khan Academy is a nonprofit learning platform, they offer thousands of Video lessons and exercises in math, science, history, and more. Khan Academy features both K–12 and college content.
