There is no new raid to be fought, Blizzard is instead looking to make all three Shadowlands the three raid tiers in use in Season 4 by raising their difficulty, including a new seasonal affix, and increasing the strength of loot dropped within each raid.

The changes expected in Wrath of the Lich King Classic are a good sign of how Blizzard's philosophy has changed since it first launched WoW Classic in 2019. In the past, Blizzard sought to recreate "vanilla" WoW as it was back in 2006 as faithfully as possible with as few changes as is possible.
