- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup white wine
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1 cup orzo pasta
– 1 cup, shredded and previously melted mozzarella

1. Preheat the oven to 375 degree Fahrenheit or 190 degree Celsius.

8. Then you should add the orzo pasta along with it and turn the skillet well. Add 1 cup of water and let it boil.
9. Take skillet off heat, then put the lid on it, and then slide the skillet into the oven. Bring to a simmer and cook about 20-25 minutes or until orzo is tender and chicken is cooked.
10. Once the skillet has cooled a bit, spread shredded mozzarella cheese over the orzo. Afterwards, cover it with foil and allow to stand for about 5 minutes.
