What this final battle will actually look like is currently a total secret, apart in the names given to bosses that players will meet. It seems, is a bit of an underlying theme in WoTLK Gold patch 9.2 that is not just factored into the ultimate conclusion of the game's planned Sepulcher of the First Ones raid, but also found in the design principles behind the new Zereth Mortis zone. What are these mysterious First Ones? How can the jailer know what he is really trying to achieve? Where will the story take us next? This brings about a greater mystery in the game's community What's next after Shadowlands?
When asked in an interview conducted during an interview with P2Pah, WoW production director Pat Dawson wouldn't say. Usually by the time that you get the first content update of the expansion comes out the players are aware of what the next expansion is due in an announcement that was made prior to the event, and its accompanying film at Blizzard's Annual BlizzCon event. BlizzCon however, will not be happening this year most likely due to various reasons that span from the COVID-19 cholera epidemic to ongoing discrimination and sexual harassment investigation. The announcement of future expansions hasn't been announced. There is a big doubt hanging over patches 9.2 and the conclusion to the Shadowlands story.
For the first ever in a while gamers will head into the final raid of an expansion with no clue what's going to happen next and also in relation to what boss fights will actually happen themselves and how the story is going to take place.
"People haven't heard about the mechanics The mechanics aren't known, and people don't know the plot," Dawson said when asked if the end of the new Sepulcher of the First Ones raid would give players clear idea of what the next expansion could be. "They do not know what's likely to transpire. It's kind of a neat moment. We're always working on things. At the moment, we're most focused on the conclusion of this story , and providing a satisfying ending with the Jiler."
While a significant portion of the forthcoming raid was combed, datamined through, and played-tested through the WoW community using the game's test world the players will be totally green for the raid's three final bosses.
"They haven't been on the PTR and there's not a number of mods that have been written for it, or any strategies recorded yet," Dawson said. "People don't know what they'll encounter cheap WoTLK Gold. There's some adventure and exploration to come at the end of this mission."
