Blizzard has announced a new campaign to raise money for charity WoTLK Gold that lets players purchase an in-game pet in World of Warcraft and the money being donated to organizations that aid in fighting COVID-19.
From now until Easter 26 (or until donations reach the $1.000.000 mark), WoW players can donate as much money they want to Doctors Without Borders/Medecins Sans Frontieres , to help the entire WoW community get at minimum one pet that is a new addition to the game. The money will go towards the groups' Crisis Fund that helps with different initiatives related to the pandemic.
If funding exceeds $500.000 everyone will receive a brand new monkey pet named Bananas to use to play World of Warcraft , regardless of if you personally donated money to this campaign. Should funding reach $1 million, each WoW participant will get the pet sloth Daisy. You can see both of them in the below image; you can use the slider to examine each.
Blizzard has also released the descriptions of Bananas and Daisy and they're wonderful. They are available below, and the complete details on how to donate can be found at bottom at the bottom of this webpage. Blizzard wrote the descriptions for these segments. They were published in a blog post.
Bananas is a boy born on an island near the shores of Stranglethorn Vale, little Bananas is the son of King Mukla who is a fierce head of the Skymane Gorillas. Luckily, Bananas disappeared from the WOW WoTLK Classic Gold tree and his charming personality makes him a perfect travel companion who will brighten your days on Azeroth in addition to other places.
